Professor Paul Dobrescu, PhD, is the founder of the College of Communication and Public Relations, SNSPA. He was Rector of SNSPA (2008-2012). During his remarkable career, he has published numerous books and articles and coordinated the teaching and research activities in SNSPA. Anca Goga is the Communication Counsellor of the Rector of SNSPA. She is managing the communication strategy and the internal and external branding of SNSPA, the organisation of events, the press and online channels (the site, social media accounts, etc.)
Anca began her career in communication at the PR Office of the University of Bucharest, as a specialist in media relations. With her team, she was awarded the Golden Award for Excellence at 2010 PR Award. She joined SNSPA in 2012, where she established the communication channels and consolidated the brand of SNSPA.
With more than 10 years of experience in educational PR, Anca has been involved in launching and promoting activities in various European projects, ensuring their internal and external communication.
An associate professor, Loredana Ivan teaches: Interpersonal Communication and Nonverbal Communication – undergraduate level and Research Methods in Communication – MA level. She has contributed to Social Psychology and Nonverbal Communication manuals, together with professor Septimiu Chelcea. Since 2013 she has been an associate researcher at Interdisciplinary Internet Institute (IN3), Open University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain. She is part of the research program Mobile Technologies and (G)local Challenges (Mobtech) lead by Manuel Castells and Mireia Fernández-Ardèvol. She is part of the ACT international network – Ageing Communication Technology (http://actproject.ca/). Since 2014, Loredana Ivan has been MC from Romania to EU European Cooperation in Science and Technology, COST ACTION IS 1402 Ageism - a multi-national, interdisciplinary perspective.

Diana-Maria Cismaru holds a PhD in sociology. She is a Professor and Head of Public Relations Department at the College of Communication and Public Relations, SNSPA. She is the author or co-author of several books: Internal communication in organizations (2008), Public relations – cohesion and efficiency by communication (2011), The intelligent organization (2009), Innovation and organizational learning (2014). She has participated as an expert in several national and international research projects: Internationalization, equity and management for quality in higher education (POS-DRU, UEFISCDI, 2014), Scrutinizing the impact of CCS communication on general and local publics (ERA-NET, 2009-2010), Horizontal and vertical partnerships for increasing the access to higher education (POS-DRU, SNSPA, 2010-2013).
Cristian Păun, PhD, Professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics. Teaches International Finance, International Risk Management and International Project Finance. Holds a PhD on International Risk Management (ASE, 2005). Vice-Dean of the Faculty of International Business and Economics. Executive Director of Romanian Society for Economics. Former Director of Research Centre for International Business and Economics (2012-2016). He has been the director of a national research project on risk aversion in investment and a national project on economic crisis contagion in CEE. He has been involved in various research projects in ASE and Romanian Academy. He is a consultant in finance and risk management. A blogger since 2008 and an economic analyst for various media in Romania.

Ioana Roxana Melenciuc is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Relations and European Integration, SNSPA. Her fields of expertise are: evaluation studies, evaluation of European programs and policies and research methods and techniques in social sciences. She has been involved in the management, evaluation and monitorization of numerous EU-funded research projects. She has a Master’s degree in the Evaluation of Public Programs and Policies at Complutense University of Madrid. She holds a PhD in Political Sciences at SNSPA. She is a member of the European Evaluation Society and of the Association for the Development of Evaluation in Romania. She has authored the book: The Emergence of a European Evaluation Culture and other academic articles and studies in the field.
Corina Buzoianu is an Associate professor at the College of Communication and Public Relations, SNSPA, where she teaches: Imagology, Image analysis, Image crisis and Online crisis communication. Corina Daba-Buzoianu has a PhD in the epistemology of image and postdoctoral studies in qualitative research in communication. Her research focus includes qualitative research in communication, image studies and crisis communication. Since 2013, Corina Buzoianu has been involved in the organisation of the international conference Qualitative Research in Communication. Since 2012, she has been coordinating the Erasmus+ program in the College of Communication and Public Relations.
Mălina Ciocea is an associate professor at the College of Communication and Public Relations, SNSPA. She is a researcher in the Laboratory Communication, Discourse, Public Problems (CODIPO), Centre for Research in Communication. She has been an expert in numerous research projects and institutional development projects: Diaspora in the Romanian political-media sphere. From event to the media construction of public problems; The phenomenon of workforce migration and the formation of the diasporic public: impact on the public space and institutional practices; Competitive university education in the field of program management; Internationalization, equity and university management for competent higher education; Pupils’ learning style and temperament – instruments for creative education.
Vasile Silviu Sărmășanu has been a PHP developer since 2005. Throughout his activity, he has focused on developing personalized web solutions to meet clients’ demands. He has had to gather, classify, interpret information and implement the best feasible solutions to reach targets. He has worked in heterogenous programming and design teams where he has projected, implemented and optimized databases structures and the internal architecture of web applications flow.
Diana-Camelia Iancu is an Associate Professor at SNSPA. She has been the Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration since 2012. She holds a PhD in administrative sciences with a paper on the Europeanization of public administration in Romania (SNSPA, 2008) and has collaborated with the World Bank and OCDE in projects dedicated to administrative reform and public policies design in Romania and CEE. She was the coordinator of the Good Governance course at the Nijmegen School of Management, Radboud University, the Netherlands (2012-2016). She is co-chair of the Permanent Working Group PA Reform, NISPAcee, and a member of the Editorial board of Public Administration Review.
