This indicator refers to the average monthly net earnings of staff in health and social assistance, compared to the average net earnings in other fields: agriculture, industry, construction, trade, transport, banking, public administration, defence, education, research, services, etc. Although the salaries in health and social assistance have increased after 2011, there is still a gap between this field and public administration and defence, as well as between Bucharest and the other development regions.
